Please process my claim!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Good day, I have reported my ****** phone to finrite on the13th July 2020, they told me to get an sworn affidavit with all my details etc. I went to our police station to do the necessary on the 15th July 2020, send through my details to finite to do the claim also on the 15th July 2020, and up until today, nobody contacted me back to do this claim for me. This is so unprofessional of them, and I don't know why they take so long.
