Please Just pay out my claim
Good day <br> <br> I am so upset i want to go to the insurance ambuds man . I claimed for my phone i lost while i had my insurance after my claim i was advised that I need to pay in R 350 for exess. After wardards i was advised that i need to pay in R 118 for my premuims that didnt go through . Please advise because now that i want to pay in the R 118 i am advised that my claim wont be paid out
