Please help me find my phone and send it back to me

Never dealt with most useless people before my phone was booked in intially the first time for the screen to be repaired there after they received it they asked for an excess fee after making payment no messages as if to say the money was received I had to the phone and worry them to get my phone sent to me. Cell phone was collected on 29 of July 2020 on the 3 of August I experienced screen dazzling as the phone wasn't repaired properly so I book the phone In again on the 15th of August and up till this day 2 Oct I haven't had a single message regarding my cell phone the amount of airtime spent calling finrite and holding on I could of repaired my phone cash. The administrators promise to call back after sending emails but u dnt get any calls back. It's better to deal with another insurance company even if it's 100 Rand more it'll be more worth it than to suffer paying for a cellphone that's not used
