Phone Returned as Broken as it was before

I sent my iPhone in for repairs through my insurance deal with Telkom. It had four broken components. It was returned to me months later with only one of these having been fixed, but another had been broken, so four problems in - and four out. I am still battling to get the phone replaced as they have agreed. Sent it back and a week later I am still struggling to even get the call centre to pick up my calls, and if that, for them not to drop the line after ages on hold. I have not been provided with a phone to use in the interim. The worst part is if i had sent it to WeFix, it would have cost me R1500, and four days instead of the R700 (plus monthly fee) and FIVE MONTHS .
