Phone replaced after months of back and forth

Finally received my phone after months of back and forth the insurance came through and delivered a new phone. I am however still battling to get them to update my device details and they still have the old phone insured. can someone please update my device details so that the right device is insured?

I honestly think the insurance can do better and insure that they communicate with their clients.
