Phone not fixed ,not returned

I took my phone for repair even today I haven't received the phone back ,I called finrite they told me the phone is not fixed because edgars didn't claim the R40 .I called mall at reds to check if they received my phone no one can tell me where my phone is .they are always checking in the storeroom .<br> <br> can I please have my phone ,I booked it on the 10 January by lizbeth
