Phone is still not insured and no one has ever bothered to contact me

On the 6th June I bought myself a Samsung Galaxy A32 LTE at Incredible connection and I went on to call Vodacom about insuring the phone. A consultant by the name Leesum Phillips sent me the phones to fill in and I sent them back with the phone receipts around the 7th June trying to avoiding missing the 7 day period. After a few days I called Finrite just to check on my application but unfortunately I was put on hold until the line cut off. It's now the 14th of September and I've just realized that chances are my phone was never ever captured on their system and no one has ever bother to email me back about my insurance for the phone. Sadly this is my 2nd time they don't insure my phones.
