Phone in for repairs and its more than 3 months

<p>I would not recomment this Finrite Insurance, the service is so poor,terrible and appauling, it is so difficult for them to just fix the screen of a phone, Its almost going to 4 months since I have sent my phone for repairs, The last famous words you will get it within 3-5 days and the phone is fixed. You spend close to R100.00 just to call them and you get no joy whatsoever, so disgusted and I am thinking of closing this insurance after this experience seriously, I could have fixed my phone myself as I have been spending too much energy and money for airtime to call these people all the time.</p>
