Phone claim rejected

Phone Claim!!!

I have 2 cell phone insurance with this company, my phone got lost, when I claim for a new phone It was rejected, reason being the sim I bought with the phone was not in the phone during the time of theft. I insured a phone, not a sim. How does a sim get to do with this? I paid almost 2 years and it was my first claim. To this day the debt still go through, they don't stop taking my money monthly, thou they can't replace my phone
