Phone claim

worst insurance servise ever, you cant even get through their phone number. I had an agent put me on hold for an hour. Lebohang hanged up on me and when i called back the agent puts me on a hold for an antire hour she then comes back and mutes the call. pathetic service. I just wanna get me phone and cut ties with them. I will consider Vodacom since my friend got her phone in a few days after she lost hers.
