PHONE CLAIM

OH WOW Finrite I have been waiting for your call it been a month now waiting for a so called consultant to call me and assist me with my phone claim , I had paid my access fee last month and the last agent I spoke to Mbali said she will send a request to which ever department that need to contact me to give me options on which phone do I qualify for and they will out source for me I STILL WAIT . I am tired of the waiting and I want my money back for the times I have been paying this stupid insurance cause come month end they will be the first once to debit on my account , I want my phone before close of business today or I am really taking this further .
