Phathic service

I have a poilcy with game,few weeks back my phone was ****** I reported my phone and then foned finrite to help further ..I was asked to send through all relevant documents which I did ..everyday I keep calling finrite with regards to my cellphone being delivered to me to .I then speak to one consultant then transfered to another .. all they keep on saying is Ram couriess will deliver the cellphone ..up until today when I call them they just cut the call on me...at the end of the day when they debits are being done we don't question that ...y is it that I must keep calling them.. even with RAM couries they are also useless with they service they never seem to answer the call .. They service is phahetic... I would never recommend this insurance company to anyone ... Really ****ed off with them
