People just being at work and not actually doing any work

I don’t even know where to start but this company is the worst company I’ve ever had to deal with, every month for the past 6 months I’ve been told that my policy has lapsed but I’ve been paying and being told that the problem will be fixed but it’s never fixed. They don’t do follow ups and make sure that the same problem doesn’t happen again. They keep asking me for proof of payment and they tell me that it wasn’t loaded on the system, why don’t they make sure that is done?? Every month I call to ask why my account hasn’t been debited and I’m just told so many nonsense stories. I’m sick and tired of the things they tell me and also very much tired of the inconveniences they cause in my life.
