Paying to many insurances

Good Afternoon, I'm writing on behalf of my grandmother I do understand that you can't do queries on behalf of someone else but do understand that my granny is 78 years old. And can't seem to explain herself properly over the phone.she has an account by Edgars. On her account she has 3 cellphone insurance. For some years now she has been paying for 8 insurances ( i really don't know why) can you please help her and sort this matter out. How could they not have picked it up and where did the monies Go?
