Paying phone insurance for a year- UNABLE TO SUBMIT CLAIM

<p>So unhappy that after a year of paying phone insurance with C SURANCE ( insurance compny provided by CELL C for CELL C customers whom I have had a contract with for 4 years), the first time I would like to submit a claim for damaged phone they are unable to assist me with this. I have been going back and forth between CELL C Shop and call C Surance and neither is offer a solution. </p> <p> </p> <p>Rididiculous that you THEY can sign you up for insurance within a 10min phone call but have been struggling for weeks to put in a claim for the first time I have been with this insrance!! </p>
