Paying for insurance but not being payed out what
I claimed on my blackberry and my claim payout was R2000 I then added another R1000 to purchase the j5 which cost R3000 that cellphone also got lost now finrite only paying out R2000 which is totally unacceptable it is not my problem that my j5 was not updated as the consultant at Edgard said it's insure under the bracket R2000 to R5000.
