Patience is not a virtue if you are dealing with Finite!

This is most difficult insurance, I recommend that one should not insure their cellphone with this insurance company. My experience with claims have been horrible and have constantly ended with me being annoyed and not being assisted. The people I have dealt with have not been able assist me, it took them multiple hours to deal with a complaint, this being after I had to claims. my experience with claims been dealt with is another issue, my claims only get dealt with if I contact multiple times, even then my claims do not get captured or processed unless I contact them. I will never recommend anyone to insure with them. I honestly wish my network provider would go back to their previous insurance provider!!!!!!!!

Here I am left AGAIN without a phone! For the second time!
