Pathetic Telkom Internet service

Quite honestly. Telkom internet is a joke. They installed a 20mps line for me 4 days ago on contract which does not work. Despite phone calls continously they still have not sent a technician in tho sort it out and somehow keep send me sms's saying the problem has been resolved but it has not:...copy: TelkomSA: Dear Customer, Fault Reference ***0 has been closed. do not reply to this SMS. How absolutely pathetic.. Dont use them.
