Pathetic Service - No feedback

<p>I handed a matter to Finrite regarding my ****** phone on the 29th October until today I have not received feedback regading my query, I have ran out of patience as there's no information carried out here.. I have been to Telkom there's no feedbdack provided to them as well.. PLEASE HELP CANNOT TAKE THIS INCOMPETENCY ANYMORE</p>
