Pathetic service from Telkom's partners Finrite Administrators
Pathetic service receiving from Telkom's partners Finrite Administrators. I have booked my phone for repairs on the 07th August and to date it has not being returned. Being calling and most of the time I will speak to Siyabonga Mahlangu whom always denies me to talk to the manager (not available). Manager is not available whenever I speak to him but other agents are able to get me one. It is now more than 6 weeks and I am so livid to think that I am paying for something I am not in position of. I am being told about the process that they fail to adhere to.
