Pathetic service from Finrite Insurance

<p>My cellphone was ****** on 08/06/2016.</p> <p>I am a client of Finrite Insurance, who are underwritten by Hollard and reported the theft to them on the same day.</p> <p> </p> <p>On 10/06/2016 I completed the necessary forms and sent it back to the call centre agent who was handling my case.</p> <p>On 15/06/2016 I furnished them with my case number.</p> <p>I have since sent FIVE follow up emails, with absolutely NO resolution in sight.</p> <p>On 21/06/2016 I was advised that the excess amount and banking details had been given to an alt contact number given. I sent an email requesting confirmation of these - I am yet to receive a response.</p> <p>On 23/06/2016 I called Finrite call centre and the agent who assisted me advised the excess amount which needed to be paid. My next query was that the amount supp**** was not in line with the policy document which had been issued to me at the start of the insurance being taken out.</p> <p>I had asked for a copy of the policy, and proof that this ''updated policy'' verifying the excess be sent to me, so that I could have this issue resolved.</p> <p>It is 27/06/2016 and I STILL HAVE NOT HAD A RESPONSE!!!!!!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>It is beyond my comprehension why someone can simply not get back to me!</p> <p>If my claim status and the excess amount due is justifiable, and they can prove I have been furnished with the updated policy document, I will gladly pay the excess and have this resolved!</p> <p> </p> <p>It goes without saying I NEED my cellphone replaced!</p> <p>CAN SOMEONE PLEASE JUST GET BACK TO ME!!!!!</p>
