PATHETIC SERVICE FROM FINRITE

It is actually DISGUSTING how many complaints there is against the Company FINRITE! And yet they still around!!!! I've been paying my monthly instalment without fail and the first time I need to claim it has become such a mission! Why do I even pay them every month!! After going back and Forth at the Vodacom store Canal Walk, Asking them to please assist me as this SO CALLED “Insurance Company” just would not answer any calls, or if it happens that I get through I get cut off, A lady answered the phone once and said she would call me back and just never did. THIS IS PATHETIC!!! Why is Vodacom allowing this??? If I knew this would be such a PAIN I would’ve never agreed to do Insurance through FINRITE! I’m actually two minded about Vodacom as well! I need to cancel this insurance I can only imagine what I’m going to go through! #FINRITECANTDO ANYTHINGRIGHT
