pathetic service from a pathetic company

fin rite are the most useless division of Aon South Africa ,they over promise . I was told that i will receive a black hand set from them i did not want a white handset ,took them 2weeks to deliver and always have excuses, when i received my new s4 hand set it was white . i was over promised as ur call center states .your staff are arrogant and just pass the buck.it took 3weeks for your department head to discuss my issue with the cellc store in kolonnade after all the mails they sent you guys. absolutely pathetic i will be cancelling my insurance on all my contracts with csurance . all they say is your insured for the device not color. dont bother replying fin rite or calling me i dont care what you have too say. it would of taken you 2weeks any way.money grabbers
