Pathetic service Finrite Insurance Administrators

<p> </p> <p>I submitted my claim for a lost phone on 22 August which i bought at Game store in Kenilworth which is covered by Game Cellphone Insurance underwritten by Hollard and administered by Finrite Insurance Administrators . They required me to pay excess which i did and emailed the proof of payment on 23 Agust 2016. </p> <p>I phoned again on 24th of Agust to make a follow up and call centre agent told me that the claim has been authorised and she took my details where the phone should be delivered. She told me i will be getting my phone on 31st of August 2016. I have been waiting since then and i keep on trying to call them to find out where the phone is but I am constantly put on hold till the call is dropped.</p> <p> </p> <p>Up to today the 7th of September 2016 i havent recieved the phone. Today after spending my OWN R100 AIRTIME someone answered the call but only told me that the Game store in Canal Walk doesnt have stock for my phone. I even tried to talk to the manager but they kept on me holding and told me that the manager is in meetings.</p> <p> </p> <p>Its now more than 10 working days after the claim was authorised and i havent got my cellphone. you havent kept to your promise of the claim to be paid within 5-10 working days. Moreover, your communication to clients is very poor. I have never recieved an update from Finrite Insurance Administrators regarding my claim. Everytime i have to call and emails that i sent have never been responded to. Very very poor service.</p> <p> </p> <p>Regards,</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
