Pathetic service

I am so disgusted by their service it is so poor, I sent in my cellphone for repairs on 26 May 2020 and I have been in constant communication (emails) with a Danielle Nell the whole time and nowhere she told me my damaged cellphone is still at the store. Today 9 June 2020 I decided to contact the call centre only to be told lies by the very same Danielle. Don't ever insure any of your devices with them, I'm still phoneless while I made sure the insurance policy is paid up every month.
