Pathetic service

I have insurance with finrite through Jet. I claimed on the 9th June for my ****** device. To date I haven't had any feedback, not an sms or a call with an update. Finrite insurance overall delivers the WORST service to clients. I am really frustrated and annoyed and need a call back asap!!
