Pathetic service
Sent in my phone for a repair on the 25th October 2019. They made mention my phone will be a replacement. It's going for 3 months and I'm without a phone!! To this day my device is still getting delivered. Sent so many emails. They stated it would be a matter of urgency... Clearly not!
