Pathetic Service!

I have submitted a claim on cell phone insurance with Jet Stores on 20 March 2021, today is 07 May 2021, am still struggling to get a cell phone. The most pathetic service ever! No follow-up unless you call them yourself, this also just to get put on hold for like 5-10 minute intervals at a time.
