Pathetic service

My phone has been in for repairs for over 2 months now. They donot respond to emails at all and trying to call them is a mission because you will hold the line for 45 minutes max before getting through. I have been **** to numerous times about when I will receive my phone. No customer care at all, their call centre agents are so rude one of them hung up the phone in my ear today after waiting for so long just to get through. They are very quick to call and demand excess amount but no feedback whatsoever about my claim. All I want is my phone back.
