Pathetic Service. Calls not attended at all.

<p>I phoned C Surance today on the 15-08-16. my 1st problem is how long I have to wait before my call gets answered (10minutes). I phoned C Surance 8 times today. the 1st 3 times i waited 10minutes until my call was answered i was helped and I asked them to email me proof that my phone replaced. 3 times they said they sent the proof via email and hours later I still have not received anything. I then tried to phone again,. after waiting 10 to 12minutes my call gets picked up but no one answers. 5 times this happened. I am really ****ed off with this service to the extent that I want to explode. It is really pathetic. I feel that C Surance does not want to help there clients. and if so they should close down. Cause i HONESTLY HAVE NEVER EXPEROIENCED SUCH HORRIBLE SERVIVCE IN MY ENTIRE LIFE.. </p>
