Pathetic service

I have cellphone insurance with vodacom which is dealt with finrite administrators. I have never had such bad service in my life, i cancelled my insurance in july due to fine print for a claim which they rejected, each time i call them they confirm that my cellphone insurance is cancelled, yet for 3 months after money is still being debited from my account, i called vodacom and each time they put me through to finrite, each time i call them i ask for a reference number, i am told i will get it through email, and once i put the phone down i receive no reference, i would advise everyone who has cell phone insurance to go through their own private insurance brokers and not through the cellphone providers, their service is absolutely pathetic????
