pathetic service

<p>I don't even know where to begin to tell my worst experience with the cellc insurance department.</p> <p>I booked my phone literally 3months back for repairs.Everytime when i try to call in my calls gets cut off.I finally got through today but while i was talking to the consultant the call got cut off AGAIN.I am feed up with the service that is costing me money with no service delivery.The sadest part of my situation is that i do not have a phone and desparately need my replacement phone to be delivered to my nearnest cell c store.</p> <p> </p>
