PATHETIC SERVICE!!!

Phone was collected for assessment on the 23rd, after I followed up as it was suppossed to be collected on the 22nd. 29th I called the Call Centre number the whole morning 6x, no answer. I was provided with Gerrit`s e-mail, I sent him an e-mail immediately. 30th he responded, acknowledging that he will provide with a response ASAP. 1st July, followed up again, asking what the TAT to resolve complaints is, after an hour I was contacted,I was in a meeting. After the meeting I received an e-mail that I should advice of an adequate time to be contacted, I responded\ Apologies
