Pathetic Service

i took in as my phone screen was cracked, after they have sent me an incorrect quote for a totally wrong phone which belonged to someone else, then a wrong phone was delivered to me, however with that being sorted out, on the 20th May 2015 correct phone was delivered, from being frustrated i don't check if everything is fixed, after a few days taking the phone home realizing the phone is nowhere near to be fixed, my torch light doesn't work, my camera.<br> <br> went and requested my quote for my phone, im still waiting...<br> <br> whats the point of having an Iphone 5s, with 8 megapixel lens if camera doesn't work. these people don't know what the hell they are doing, its best if they could have their business closed down.<br> <br> i will never ever advice anyone to insure with FINRITE, their service is pathetic.
