pathetic service

I made a cellphone claim at finrite after my phone came back from cellc when they said it cannot be repaired. At finite they accepted the claim and the phone. They told me to pay R250 access fee of which I paid and send them proof of payment. On 2015/05/07 I called them and they said they will deliver my phone within 5 to 8 days. I then received a call again from them again on 2015/05/08 confirming that they will deliver the phone at Trade Route mall cellc. To my surprise I went to check my phone today and it wasn't there.I called the call centre and I am now told that they don't cover technical issues or what ever. The lady said to me Buhle will call me after lunch and I waited for their call the whole day
