pathetic service

<p>I had a cash insurance with finrite and i cancelled it but still got debited from my account.when i asked for my refund i was told to send my bank statement which i did.after sending the statemeht i was the one again who called the call centre and Tebogo told me that i cannot get my refund because his team leader was absent meaning in the absence of a certain team leader i could not get help from any one.that was a very pathetic servide ever</p>
