Pathetic service

<p>The most pathetic service ever... I bought a cellphone from Game in October 2016 and opted to take insurance on the device. The phone fell and the lcd got damaged. I took the phone in to a gane store in December to claim on the insurance but was given excuse after excuse as Game cannot take the phone in finrite needs to send a courier to pick the phone up at my place of residence. Its been a month of waiting for finrite to pick this phone up after numerous attempts at calling finrite still nothing has been done. The lack of customer service is so disappointing. I pay my premiums on time every month yet im subjected to this kind of service. </p>
