pathetic service

<p>Contact finrite insurance for repairs on my phone. Logged 3/12/2016. Only fetched phone on 20/12 after it was supposed to take 3-5 days. After numerous calls. Wait now since 20/12 to get phone back. After calling again was informed of access to be paid. Now again waiting 9 days for delivery. It is now 6 weeks since logged first and was supposed to take 2 weeks in total. Never experienced more pathetic service. They can sms you for premium but cannot sms for updates on status of repairs </p>
