Pathetic Service.

I have lodged a claim with Finrite yesterday morning. I've been calling them ever since as adviced in-store. I stayed on the line for 2h30 without any assistance even today I've tried to connect with them. I've sent a follow up email from *** still I haven't received any communication, not even "We've recieved your claim we currently processing it". I feel like Finrite is failing in terms of honoring customers claims. Their service is outlandish and demeaning.

I edge that Finrite action a claim in question a revert back.
