Pathetic service

I took a phone insurance with cell c for my Z1sony compact which apparently works with finrite insurance....i booked it in for repairs on the 6th of Jan till today nothing...I was promised by the supervisor Collins Reinhardt a new phone since i have waited forever which was gonna be delivered as soon as i make a payment of R200. Is it a ****??? i received a call from Lindiwe Moloi yesterday confirming that i get my promised phone today but still nothing....can someone tell me whats going on!! 2 full months waiting for my phone that i'm paying for and that insurance.....my number is ***
