Pathetic serive

So i insured my phone with these guys. One day my phone falls and my screen then goes blank then i take it to them to get it fixed. Its pathetic how its taking them months to fix a phone and worst part is that they don't even call to inform one about the status of the phone.... Funny thing is months later i am still waiting for my phone.

Pathetic service and a **** insurance. You just lost a valued customer...
