PATHETIC ********

This is the third time writing a review in attempt to contact this pathetic company. I've paid my excess more than a month back (after being told my device will be delivered in 7 working days). To date, no device delivery, no answer on their telephone lines, no email correspondence. How are they still allowed to operate with this pathetic services???????
