Pathetic disgusting telkom service

My telkom land line was disconnected about year ago. The reason was that the cables was ******. Ever since I have never received a call from telkom about progress on the line. I have foned several times and promised to be contacted by someone with regards to my land line but a year later and still no response. I have foned today and was told to call another department. I am fed up with telkom because they got people that cannot give me answers as to why 1year later I still dont have a telkom line. Telkom staff at the call centers always dont have answers for you but are too quick to tell you to call another department. Telkom amgement if read this message do something . I dont want promise you cant keep like your staff you employed
