Pathetic and unreliable insurance

I went to the Foschini- N1 City shop on the 26/08/2020 to follow-up on my phone that was handed in on the 05/08/2020 and my phone hasn’t even been collected, apparently they waiting on RAM (courier company) to collect but like seriously this is pathetic my phone has been laying at the shop for 3 weeks!!!!! I need my phone for work related matters due to me working from home and I mean seeing that my phone hasn’t been collected how long will I wait until it’s fix?
