Paid excess for non insured goods
I had insurance with Edcon on my Cellphone, when I went to collect the phone I paid R240 and was told my blackberry is not insured.<br> and a day later the insurance was cancelled.<br> NOW THEY SAY NO REFUND OF MY EXCESS, R240 GONE!!!
