Over deduction of insurance premium

They are ****** i always wonder why is vodacom associated with them, out of sll the insurance companies they can work with. Last year i brought my son a phone and took insurance of R115 premium, but Finrite decided to over deduct my account doubling the premium, that happened from sept 2020 till January 2021when i realised that. I called them to notify them of that error, they corrected the premium. But they did not refund my money from all the months i have been over deducted. I have called several time and all the time i will be told my money will be paid following month cause they have backlog. I engaged vodacom which also promised to make things right which they did not, till today my refund for over deduction of insurance premium has not been paid. I am so frustrated right now dont know what to do anymore
