One of the most useless Insurance company!!!!

I've been waiting for the claim that i have made February and paid the access fee, but this useless company is not getting back to me and it is very annoying that they are not responding to my emails and their phone line is not working.. This is one of the worst Insurance company i had ever dealt with.
