ONE Efficient Consultant - Simone Moses

This review is not for the company itself, but for a Consultant.

The entire morning I've been trying to get an excess value, in the event that I take my phone in for screen repair.

I called Finrite, and the consultant I initially spoke to was adamant that she could not advise what my excess would be, because I have not taken my phone in yet. By the end of the call, I was Googling alternative insurance providers because if the person I spoke to and the reviews on Google for Finrite was an indication of the service I can expect, then I wanted no part of it. Vodacom Complaints department wasn't helpful either.

After about an hour to cool down after this very frustrating exercise, I called Finrite again, and was assisted by Simone Moses. She gave me ALL the information I needed, immediately. So it depends on whether or not you get through to someone competent or not. Very helpful, efficient, and friendly.

If I could deal with her only, all the time I would.

Let's just hope the whole process of getting my repair done is as efficient as Simone Moses.
