Ombudsman to step in now!!!!
You again! You have taken my money for 3 months now and I want it back . You said you would help me with my claim but you have taken my money and Kubashine didn’t even attend to my email after she called me . I’m reporting you to the Ombudsman now for ***** because your behavior is ********* and your whole establishment should be closed down. You can’t have more than 60% of the clients complain about the ***** going on in the claims department and us no getting assistance. That is just not right !
