Not canceling insurance when asked.

I have canceled all my contracts and insurance with vodacom in July 2021. Suddenly this morning you have debited my account for phone insurance. When I emailed you I quickly received a snotty email saying I advised them to keep my insurance. After which I rep**** via email again that I want my insurance canceled asap and want proof where I stated that I wanted my insurance to continue. Now I am not getting any feedback from you. Very bad service and unprofessional.
